Konstantinos Trikounakis  was born and raised in Chania. He is a writer and a lover of a lover of simplicity. His effort  to write came up because of his urgent need to say things and to show that in the course of history, not everything happened as we believe. Not even that things around us function as we believe.

He is certified by the KEK of the Kapodistrian University in the Prevention & Management of Natural and Technological Disasters and published articles on the subject He in the local press. He has successfully attended courses of Psychology from Duke University and Neuroeconomics from the Higher School of Economics  by Coursera.

He is a founding member of the “Open Circle” of Chania’s Reflection Association and a member of smaller cultural clubs. He is a member of the Vouliagmeni Sports Bridge club, a sport that he has also been distinguished with a Pan-Hellenic Championship.

He lives and works in Athens but travels frequently, especially in Chania.

 

Γεννήθηκε και μεγάλωσε στα Χανιά. Είναι συγγραφέας κι εραστής του απλού. Η συγγραφική προσπάθεια είχε αιτία την ασίγαστη ανάγκη να πει πράγματα και αφορμή την πρόκληση του να δείξει ότι στην πορεία της ιστορίας, δεν έγιναν όλα όπως τα πιστεύουμε. Ούτε καν ότι τα πράγματα γύρω μας λειτουργούν όπως πιστεύουμε.

Είναι πιστοποιημένος από το ΚΕΚ του Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστήμιου στην Πρόληψη & Διαχείριση Φυσικών & Τεχνολογικών Καταστροφών. Και μ’ αυτήν την ιδιότητα έχει ορθογραφήσει στον τοπικό τύπο.Έχει παρακολουθήσει επιτυχώς μαθήματα Ψυχολογίας από το Duke University και Νευροοικονομίας από το Higher School of Economics με την πλατφόρμα Coursera.

Είναι ιδρυτικό μέλος του «Ανοιχτός Κύκλος» συλλόγου προβληματισμού των Χανίων και μέλος πολιτιστικών μικρότερων συλλόγων. Είναι μέλος του ομίλου αθλητικού μπριτζ της Βουλιαγμένης, άθλημα στο οποίο έχει διακριθεί και με ένα πανελλήνιο πρωτάθλημα.

Ζει και εργάζεται στην Αθήνα, αλλά ταξιδεύει συχνά, ιδιαίτερα στα Χανιά.
